Sites Hosting has put the following polices up for the responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services that are available. These policies are put up to ensure they are met.

Sites Hosting service is not to be used to be used for purposes that break the laws of the United States Federal, State, and Local. This includes but is not limited to the following: stolen material that's copyrighted to the author, or a artist, MP3's, Real Audio, or other audio files that's illegal. Sites Hosting will determine which sites violates this policy.

Sites Hosting service is not to be used to store adult releated material that would not be seen on TV or to people under the age of 18 that includes but is not limited to the following: Nudity of frontal of body, Explicit content, content, and links to adult material. Sites Hosting will determine which sites violates this policy.

Sites Hosting service is not to be used to store illegal content or other questionable content. This includes but is not limited to the following: illegal activity or content that may damage the servers of Sites Hosting, pirated programs, sw, cracks, warez sites. Sites Hosting will determine which sites violates this policy.

Sites Hosting service is not to be used to be spamming, or the sending of unsoliciated junk mail on a Sites Hosting server or using a email address or a domain name that is maintained by a Sites Hosting machine is prohibited. Sites Hosting will determine if a site violates this policy.

Sites Hostng service is not to be used for misusing the system resources. This includes but is not limited to the following: hiding files by changing the extensions so that if it's illegal, no Sites Hosting staff member will see it, hiding the directory so that a Sites Hosting staff member cannot get into it, using programs that use excessive cpu time, allowing access to your email services of your customer's accounts other than for that sole reason, reselling disk space without being a authorized Reseller. Sites Hoting will determine if a site violates this policy.

Cancellations can be made to Sites Hosting via email to sales@siteshosting.com. There is no charge or even a notice required to do this. All hosting fees that are paid up to the date of your cancellation are non refundable. Cancellations made within the first 30 days of your hosting are 100% money back guranteed refundable but do not cover domain registration fees.

Sites Hosting reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend services at any time for any reason.

Every site that's hosted by Sites Hosting must agree by the above policies. Any account that breaks the policies above will result in immediate account deactivation and loss of refunds. Please direct any violates of these policies to support@siteshosting.com.
